'Is there a good Norwegian guild with many Norwegian members that I can join?' shouldn't be too difficult to write in addition to localized content. I don't know the exact policy of these pages but since this is an international site, it would be good to have all the discussion available in English which in its various forms is the closest approximation to an international language.
The problem is, if you allow for unlimited posting in other languages, then you are unable to check the suitability of the content. What if a group of Finnish ecoterrorists started to use this forum as a clearinghouse for coordinated attacks against heavy industry on the grounds that nobody else would be able to understand what they are talking?

Since this topic is in the top guilds forums which serves for recruiting, I don't see much of a problem about the language. It is nice to see folks comming here and ask for guilds and all.
True enough this site is an english site so far and I would be more concerned if topics of diverse languages would start to spawn in the general forums.
