Today I was running around on Mercy Island, killing everything in my path, when I ran into a group of outcasts (I think) setting stuff on fire. Of course I dealt with them. But then I saw a fire like the one's they set in Steel Canyon. I asked on broadcast "Is there a way to stop the fire, or are we too evil for that?". The answer I got is that we are too evil, of course. But do any of you the real answer?

to put out the fires you need to have ice powers

theres not a badge that i know of for this......... you should try it out though, im curious to find out what happens
p.s: vidiot maps and all the other sites ive been to have no info on this......... if you find out maybe you can uncover a new badge
