I am a 42 undead mage and I cannot figure out what the Amplify and Dampen magic spells are used for. Anyone have any ideas....

Im new to being a mage im only lvl 12 so i dont know the spells sorry but i wish i did so i could tell you and i would know for my self

well yeah I was wondering myself: does dampen magic reduces the healing by 20% or it grants a 20% bonus healing?

Well, guys seeing as mages "cant" heal it probably would be sensible assuming that it ruduced healing by 20% on opposing palyers(P.S but that coming from a non mage!)

Dampen magic is a very usefull buff/debuff when soloing or partyed with someone that isnt a healer. Amplify magic is only use full when your positive you are going to be fighting ONLY melee enemies.
