30 to 40k? That may be a low estimate...
Could we get a second opinion here please?

the - armor mod might be a downside to it...but damn, that is a pretty sweet axe...me, personally, would not buy it, just because tanks need all the armor they can have for bein the sponge of damage..just my opinion though....other than that DAMN THATS HAWT :o

Maybe a silly question but the -10 armor thingy does that give you ore your foe -10 while your attacking?

45-55k would be my estimate as if you peice together the average prices of each mod:
1) Gold Axe, Max Dmg, Req 8, dmg +15% = 8-10k
2) Perfect Health Mod = 20-30k
3) Perfect Adrenaline Mod = 20-25k
Then you take off the -10 armour mod, which i wouldnt mind having on that axe as i have a +8 armour mod on a shield, which might take off 5-10k. You end up with the final answer of 43-55k... but its a nicer sound for 45-55k
BTW these are my estimates of each mods worth and might be completely out of sync with reality...
on a side note - NICE AXE!!!! where did you dig it up or did you mod it yourself? any chance of you cutting a deal for me on it - i dont have much cash but i could give you a couple of tasty axes/shield/green items for it...

Personally I think it's a great axe! The +damage always bonus comes with an armor penalty, so for someone that wants an +damage always bonus, it's expected. In my case, the armor penalty is what has discouraged me from buying a +damage always weapon.
Edit : Doesn't always come with armor penalty, but some kind of penalty.
