Here's my current build for Ruby Widow. She's soloing with just her mercs really well right now, even through most of her enhancements are either white, yellow or red. (There's just no money in this game yet!)
Level 1: Soldiers - Dam
Level 1: Force Bolt - Acc
Level 2: Slug: - Acc
Level 3: 2 slots - Soldiers x2 (Acc, Dam)
Level 4: Deflection Shield - Def
Level 5: 2 slots - Soldiers x2 (Acc, Dam)
Level 6: Equip Merc - End Reduction (There's not much else worth slotting in here)
Level 7: 2 Slots - 1 Slot Soldiers (Acc), 1 Slot Deflection Shield (Def)
Level 8: Insulation Shield - Def
Level 9: 2 Slots - 1 Slot Deflection Shield (Def), 1 Slot Insulation Shield (Def)
Level 10: Hover - Def
Level 11: 2 Slots - 1 Slot Insulation Shield (Def), 1 Slot Slug (Dam)
Level 12: Spec Ops - Dam
Level 13: 2 Slots - 2x Spec Ops (Dam, Acc)
Level 14: Flight - End Red
Level 15: 2 Slots - 2x Spec Ops (Dam, Acc)
Level 16: Assault - End Red
Level 17: 2 Slots - 1x Spec Ops (Acc), 1x Slug (Dam)
Level 18: Serum - Recharge
Level 19: 2 Slots - 2x Flight (Flight Speed x2)
Level 20: Dispersion Bubble (End Red)

Soldiers: Dam, Dam, Dam, Acc, Acc, Acc (I'm going to make this 4x Dam and 2x Acc until I get SOs)

Insulation Shield: Def, Def, Def

Level 21 will be 2 slots in Dispersion Bubble (Def Def)
Level 22 will be Tactics (End Red)
Level 23 will be 2 slots in Tactics (ToHit, ToHit)
Level 24 will be either Swift or Hurdle, both are pretty useless to me with fly, so I'll probably go with Hurdle since swift becomes annoying on kidnapping missions.
Level 25 will be 1 slot in Tactics (ToHit) and 1 slot in Dispersion Bubble (Def)
Level 26 will be Commando (Dam)
Level 27 will be 2 slots in Commando (Dam, Acc)
Level 28 will be Health (Heal)
Level 29 will be 2 slots in Commando (Dam, Acc)
Level 30 will be Stamina (EndRec)
Level 31 will be 1 slot Commando (Acc), 1 slot Stamina (EndRec)
Level 32 will be Tactical Upgrade (?)
Level 33 will be 1 slot Stamina (EndRec), 1 slot Dispersion Bubble (EndRed), 1 slot somewhere else, undecided...
That's all so far...anything else is way too far out to consider...heck, most of the "will be"s up there are too far out to consider as well. :)

Does your MM use much endurance or do you think it will as u get higher in levels? I got a 14 and i find myself with plenty of enurance to spare after battles. . .although i do not have any toggles yet. I was also considering Group Fly. . .Have the whole Squad flying through the air. . .

Right now, the endurance is fine. I'm ALWAYS out of endurance after I summon my hoard though. 2 summon powers, 4 uses of insulation and deflection and 4 uses of the upgrade power and I'm tapped completely. I don't use much AFTER they're summoned though. However with Assault, Tactics and Dispersion Bubble running I suspect I will use quite a bit.

I'm going with my Merc/FF build too, but im still trying to iron out a few things. Overall, it's killer though. My build has no attack powers, so I just yell at my mercs, use Aid Other on them, and Force Bolt anything they arent shooting at that gets into melee range (they tend to be a bit squishy even with both FF's on them.)

here is my Ninja/FF Build.. I got her to 26 this weekend Oni is so uberly awsome...
I am loving this build so much.. Solo is a slow process but thats how I like it safe and slow.. group is insane hehe I just try to stand in the middle of everything so everyone can benefit from my buffs and direct my pets..
