only one month

it has only been one month since cov has been relesed and i saw a level 40......... i cant help thinking that those people have no lives..... or maybe its because its so easy to level up in this game.

Well...You just need to know how to level quickly. Nogame, the co-creator of the GameAmp network, is already up to level 38, and he's only on for an hour or 2 each day. The trick is that he started off street sweeping instead of running missions. You gain a lot more experience in a shorter time because you can select higher level baddies to take down. Once he reached level 14, he picked up Super Speed. Now, he can enter a mission, run to the end, and collect the experience bonus. He's flying through the levels, and it shouldn't take him much longer to hit 50.

It is 40 for now but a future Issue release will expand to lvl 50 just like how CoH played out. The game developers do this because they can put the game out then up-scale it after the major kinks are worked out. This is also a great way to get the game out sooner since the higher lvl content is the most dense which means more development time.

Its actually been less than a month. CoV Pre-Order headstart started on October 29. Today is November 20. That's 23 days by my count. One week shy of a 30-day month.

one of our SG members hit 40 friday night and we have another at 39.

People have just been flying through levels on CoV from what I can see. Just get on a team with a couple of masterminds and a brute and you're set for a night of XP heaven!

Well, I'm not slammin' anyone, but I have to agree with vigilant on this. Pro-gamer, with mad skills aside; there are some people out there who I see online (on Global) even when I just log-in to check some stats or something. I'm lucky to get 4 hours in when I can, and I'm sloggin' for badges. I've already leveled my way out of some badges just by mish'ing, but I'll get them anyway in time. This is not to say that I feel these speedsters should be slowed down at all; more power to ya NOGAME. You are the man. I'm just jealous of those able to play longer than myself.

I hear ya. I thought I was doing well getting Ruby up to level 20 in 4 days. Then I saw Nogame being all level 38 and stuff.
