I'm fairly new to WoW, and I got a mage enchanter.
Afriend of mine told me that I would get WAY more money by selling materials gained from disenchanting items. I really like the enchanting profession, but now I'm running low on money and may like to sell some... can anybody tell me prices for these?
I got some
strange dusts (doesn't worth a thing I think...)
Lesser and greater essences
Small glimmering something (it's blue anyway)
and some lesser astral essences

I would see what your AH is selling them at. Each economy differs depending on the server. If there's alot of what you want to sell up in the AH, don't bother putting it up right now, wait a day or two, and see how the market is doing.

if i am in need of money, i usually farm VC for Wool Cloth. 20 sells for up to 1g and 50s. good way to earn money and Uncommons to sell on AH or keep for an alt. thats how i got my mount at least
