Badge and Plaque Hunting

Ok guys and gals, here's the deal. We, the wonderful CoV staffers have been given the task of updating the badges page so all you little badge hunters can go to work.

While this is all good fun, if you find one we've missed, PLEASE submit the details to us. Altho we are pretty good at finding them, just sometimes the details may we're using may have been from the beta - I spent over an hour trying to find the power monkey badge in Port Oakes only to find it in totally the opposite direction - EU server vs US servers I don't know! Hopefully the PO details I've put up are correct of all the US players, feel free to check and let me know if Im out - might be that we end up doubling up again and having a US server location and an EU one! Jeez, I hope not, I get nosebleeds from all that hyper jumping around islands!

So if you find a badge or a plaque of an accolade, get us the details.

Screenshots should be 400 pixels wide and show the badge and a part of the location.

The description of the badge goes into the description part.

To get the co-ordinates, click on the badge and type /loc in one of the chat boxes, I find it pops up on global channel on the EU servers, and it gives a set of numbers.

These go in the location section.

If you can get a direction from a waypoint and the number of yards too that'd be a great help as well - remember that the direction to the badge is opposite to the direction of the waypoint! Made that mistake myself LOL.

Submitting the details earns you credits and helps us out and helps the rest of the great community we got going on here. As much as we can do we are, but if you guys wanna jump on board and start posting then go right ahead, if we already got it unfortunately no credit, if we don't, I'm not sure how much you do get for a badge submission, but I'm sure thejeni or Grifter will be able to let us know.

So join in the fun and start the search, can't wait to hear the tales of how many badges people have, and don't forget those SG badges that can only be unlocked in SG mode!

Just got the SLAG REAPER badge, it's a mission badge (accomplishment), I wasn't paying attention when I to which mission it was from, but it was either for Lorenz Ansaldo or Vince Dubroski, more likely Vince because it was the mission right after you have to talk to Crash Cage before getting her as a contact from him. Just letting everyone about that level know to keep their eyes open for which mission specifically gives you that mission and the mission title.

Got the PUNCH DRUNK badge from the "Plant Arcano-Bomb in Circle Lair" mission from Henri Dumont in Sharkshead isle, in regard the the SLAG REAPER badge, it also gives the SLAG PILE gladiator, and it is from Vince Dubroski.

Ewww, sorry, UberCactus, gotta correct ya. Punch Drunk is the first Debt Badge that you got. Taking a little dirt nappy were we? LOL. Not to worry, I think that was one of the first badges I earned. I live face down in the Rogue Isles. If you ever want to find me, just look for the toon face down somewhere and say "Hi". Hehehehe.

yup, sure did...I was comming in to correct myself...that's what I get for getting a badge as I leave a mission at 5AM...not sure if it's posted anywhere, but the AGENT OF DISCORD badge mission also gets you the arachnobot gladiator

where do I post screen shots

I have locations and screen shots for all the Pirate lore plaques.
I do not know where to submit my screen shots for the plaques which gets you the pirate scholar badge.
I am new to game amp.. Hee hee!
Never Mind I found out where to submit, which I did.
Now I have all the history badges. Muahahahahhaaaha!

Please note: Discovered new bar for New Badge for the CoT in CoV.
You will notice it has completely different text than other badges like Weed Whacker or Coldhearted/Coldblooded

Hi, I am kinda new to the badge and plaque hunting. I have an issue, the plaques I am reading are not being recorder in my history tab. I went from Mercy to St. Martial, twice over, reading all the plaques for each zone, yet not a single history was recorded. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

The History Badges are Collection Badges. In other words, the History Badge will be awarded when you have clicked on ALL of the Plaques that are part of the Collection. At this time, if you have only clicked on all of the Plaques in either Port Oakes or Mercy Island, you will NOT get a History Badge.

Now in Cap Au Diable if you click all of the Plaques, you will be awarded the Technofreak Badge because the Collection just happens to be all of the Plaques in Cap au Diable which just happen to deal with Dr Aeon and his work.

Check the Badges Section here or at Badge-Hunter.com for the appropriate Plaques for each History Badge. We have the Plaques named here (in a generic way) but they will not award or 'count' as some Kill/Collection Badges do in the game. They are just for informational purposes. An example of the Plaques needed for a History badge is:
