All I ever do is run Winamp in the background. There may be another way, but as the only music there is in the game is when you enter a new zone, I doubt it would work. But it would be nice if someone could prove me wrong. =P

It is not really changing anything in the game, but you could log on to mmoradio.com. Sometimes they their DJ's are setup in Atlas Park taking requests. And they are working on getting ingame.

All I do too (like most) is run Winamp. The only way I know of as changing the music would involve editing the CoH/CoV files and I don't think the checksum will let you pass without overwriting the files you just edited.
