My sister plays it, she is in a Guild called the Hellrazers. I have not played it meself, but I hear from her and her friends that it is a GREAT mmo (so great, indeed, that she dropped CoH to play it!)
I don't play the game, so I don't know how much help I can be here, but I try. Feel free to PM me at any time.

Personally I haven't heard anything but bad about it .. no content, bad gameplay, bland graphics, bad community.
But then its all heresay and you never know what you'll like till you try it : P

i play MxO, and its great, but prefer CoV. MxO get rather old. I also jeard that after morpheous died there were no more updates as far as the story goes.

Actually, correction. The reason she dropped CoH is because of the dances in MxO. The emotes and dances are like 10x better than the ones in the Co(H,V) games, unfortunately.

True the dance emotes are funny and better. Anywho the combat system is pretty different from anything that is any game MMO to party games.
The pvp is pretty fun and i am actually decent at it.

I played it at my cousin's house and i have to say MxO had a few things id like to see in CoV like flips and cinematic fighting (i only want to see this in CoV/H for finishers on bosses or higher to look cooler)
Other than that MxO got old for me pretty fast, i mean the missions were really boring. Go here, get this, go there, talk to this person, place thing down. It kinda feels like players are paying 15 bucks a month to run errands. If i want to run cyber errands ill play CoH/V at least those errands involve much destruction, fun and flying bodies that twist into painful shapes when they land and slide across the ground.
Edit: MxO is (imo) one of those games that belongs in the "How in the hell did they mess this idea up?" bin...right there next to rumble roses

yeah and emotes for two ppl, like kissing, holding hands and hugging and highfives and stuff. if the missions and content were more like CoX then i'd still be playing. but i can honestly say i enjoy CoX more. however i like the combat system in MxO more than any other i've seen in MMOs. its worth trying out. but once you realise that when you get 25, 35, and so on that you'll be doing the exact same thing it get really old and dull. if only they took a hint from CoX, then again, i think i like being in a comic book world better

The game isnt that bad but my biggest complaint is the missions. i have made it to lvl 13 and got to meet the frenchamn(the guy who says Cause and Effect all the time) Persephone(his wife) and niobe(she is ugly in the game and looks nothing like jada picket smith).
There are different contacts you can get but the reason why the missions are so boring is that the standard mission ,which you can set difficulty and time on, are really the same even though you have about 8 different types. critical missions is where the story line is at. These missions lead you up to meeting real characters from the movie in game.
Anothere thing that is fun is how once in a while real ppl long into the matrix as a character from the movie. These are real ppl and if u send a tell to them they respond.
So far this game is after the "Smith Inccident" as it is called. Trinity, Neo, and all the characters in the movie that died are still dead.
Unlike Cov/H you are neither good nor bad, unless u r employed by the machines, you basically prove urself to the merovirgians(frenchman), zion, or the machines. Everytime u do a mission for one faction ur rep w/ them goes up and goes down with the other.
This game is good for someone who is a casual player but if u like to play MMOs and have no life i wouldnt recommend it.
One other thing i just relized, if u r a fan of the matrix ,a famous character dies in the game his/her death is hard to watch and a bit messes up.
