It's a Chaos Axe of Trollslaying, it's blue and I guess it has max dmg of 28.
I guess the upgrade component it has can be "upgraded" with another component. But anyway, worth anything ?.

Umm... with your description and "I guesses" I wouldn't say more than 2k. If you could give a requirement type and level, and the actual mod iteself, I could give you a better estimate.

Well 11 req is kinda high, but it is max, and it is a chaos axe (the mod doesn't really matter in this case) I'd probly sell it for 2-4k. If anybody else wants to help out that'd be great as I'm not too good at pricing.
