New hero to steal cape from

Last night, I reached lvl 20 and did my cape mish, the hero who came wasn't Doc Quantum, but a hero called Ms. Bolt. I've never heard of anyone ever getting her before, and I wonder if this is something new.

lol, i guess Doc was like," Everytime I get a new cape...some Rouge S.o.B. comes and takes it...someone else can wear it...im out! Peace!"

I did it myself and got Doc...when i grp'd it was Doc some LB and Ms Bolt...?!?

When I did my cape mission with Ruby, it was Ms Bolt that I faced as well. There's 4 or 5 heroes that they randomly place in the cape mission.

I got one for Doc Quantum, altho he's face down eating dirt and I also got another one but she went down faster than en elbowed soccer player so I got her sprawled at the base of a tree.

Ms. Bolt has always been there. She was my cape hero during Beta. I don't know about any other heroes, only seen Doc and Bolt. Personally, I prefered Bolt since Doc's energy blasts keep me on my back too much lol.

Good tip: If you can get to the top of that building where the statues are, you can force the hero to fight you up there with only a few eagles to annoy you instead of a buncha land gunts taking potshots at ya.

Ive been through the mish about 8 times (including beta) and I've had Doc Quant all but once. we cleared behind a building and faced them back there.

I've done this mission a couple of times and the first time I actually got both Doc and Bolt. The second time I only got Doc...we didn't stick around long enough after defeating him to see if Bolt appeared. Another one of the unrandom anomalies that lie in the game.

I never actually saw my hero... unless it was in a pile of longbow that I just slagutered and didn't notice the hero in the mix, or they fell off a building and killed themself or something. I did it solo so I know no one else got the kill, the last mob I killed was a longbow eagle... I kinda felt jipped.

I soloed mine on the normal setting (whatever you start on), and I never saw a hero either. I was killing Longbow and suddenly the mission was completed. I was looking hard for a Hero with a cape but never saw one at all.

that must be it I never bumped my difficulty because i can fly through missions get good xp, not have to rest much etc etc. Is there a min setting for heros and archvillians to show? because if there is I need to know because i have the Bat'Zul mission comming up and dont want to get some cheese ball lt in his place. I have fought a couple of elite bosses already on my setting so I figured I'd be ok for "special" type missions but maybe not.

That is strange because I ran at Villainous for the first 20 levels and I solo'd my cape mission, I got Ms. Bolt again. Maybe a glitch in the game? I know the rest of the game has been buggy here and there.

In the cape mission, it's treated just like other missions as far as difficulty, from what I've seen. If you're on Solo and Villainous (the lowest difficulty) you will get a named lieutenant as the "hero" that shows up. I think in other cases they're a named boss, although I'm not certain. They don't actually show up as a "Hero" class character (which is the equivilant of an Arch-Villain).

Strange, I ran my cape mission on Villianous and I got Doc Quantum. When I did it the second time, I was in a group with someone else, they were on Villianous as well, and we got both Doc and Ms Bolt.

You should still get a named hero, like Doc Quantum or Ms Bolt, they'll just be Lieutenant CLASS. Just like if you're running a "Defeat Bob and his guards" mission on Villainous running solo. Bob will usually be a Lieutenant.

I thought she was in Blue and White, but I don't recall.
