If the leadership power pools work on your henchmen?

Yes it does. It a very handy power pool for MMs.

it does work and it works well but there are some restrictions. I am not totaly sure but I don't think it works through personal force field or while invisible.

It definitely doesn't work through personal force field. Also, I don't think that the Defense leadership power will stack with Dispersion Bubble, but that's not confirmed.
I've taken Assault (the damage power) and Tactics (the accuracy and perception power) and they work great! Vengence isn't worth getting (the dead teammate power, it doesn't count dead henchmen).

I have also noticed if your not in line of sight with your pets they wont get buffed.. noticed this when I was hiding behind a box with my pets on the other side of it no more than 2 feet away.. my dispersion bubble my leadership my close to pet ability all were off my pets...

This is correct. That's something to keep an eye on when you're fighting. There's also a range to the Leadership abilities. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but its pretty long. Line of Sight is important, though.

Can anyone give me a positive up/down if leadership powers and Supremacy (mastermind innate leadership type power) will still affect your pets if you are stealthed/invisible? I've heard all sorts of awnsers to this question...

last night i was teaming with gov on the hero side and while he was invisible none of his teamate aiding powers worked (even heals)
