 | You scored as Monk. You are a Monk: You are an essential piece of any team, keeping the party alive and well-protected. You are always the first target for enemies, so be careful!
Monk | | 75% | Elementalist | | 65% | Mesmer | | 55% | Warrior | | 50% | Ranger | | 40% | Necromancer | | 15% |

ive had some strange items in the past but that one takes the buiscit you have to be a monk to use divine favor ele second to use the fire magic and a necro to use the res i think.
so perhaps its made for people who have mes as a secondary and use other peoples skills. or umm if they even do that well im lost i would use it if the req was in something like healing.

I would probably just sell it to the trader, not even wasting a salvage charge on it ;D
Magic Items sometimes are so lousy... either totally randomized useless combinations (which this one proves at the superlative), or often not max damage oder with just a single bonus, which also ruins your drop.
But hey, as they claim "drops are random", so are bonuses. (In my opinion, drops are NOT random but statistically awarded someway, but bonuses are to bring in the "flavour")

Man if they allow another profession your character i'd quit, IMO 2 is too much. I love difficult games that make you master them, having two jobs makes it a tad bit more easy. Think about it there'd be no more monks being punks, no more running to droks, screw all that solo crap, it would emphasize TEAMWORK. Then again thats just my view. :)

gotta disagree with u there dude... having just 1 profession would be both positive AND negative... it would mean: no echo nukers, no paladins (w/mo's), no tiger fury axe warriors (w/r)
monks would have no energy management (Mo/N: Offering of blood, Mo/Me: Channeling.etc)... to keep it short; having just "1" profession would pretty much take away all the fun away from GW. But like u said (which is something positive) players would focus more on teamwork,
But thats just me viewing both points.

Of course, then there are those of us that don't use our secondary profession at all (I myself have a monk that uses 8 monk skills, a war that uses 7 war skills and res sig, a mes that uses 7 mes skills and res sig, and an ele that uses 7 ele skills and res sig), so a third profession would be pointless for us. We don't even use our second unless its a special build (farming or running, specifically, with occasional mods for pvp).
This staff is just a randomly created one that is largely unusable. The thing is almsot worthless, though you might be able to get some cash for the def. head.

I love when people gives me -10 for agreeing with someone. This is so wrong, and please rate negative points to this post also, I really don't care now, go aheand.
I guess moderators should do something I don't know. I haven't said anything wrong IMO.
Anyway, this is going to be my last post here.
