It's related to the Miss Liberty/Black Scorpion "Holiday Gifts" that are coming out on December 8th. I don't get how we're supposed to test it if it's not being talked about on the test server. :/

You just have to pretend. I got a really cool black and red motorcycle for Dark Kitty it freaking rocks! I so love the devs! Best holiday gift ever!
