Silly question.
Can you use Train Ninja and Kuji In Zen on the same ninja at the same time, or is it a one or the other type thing?

All of the mastermind upgrade powers can be stacked on top of each other.
So, yes, you can use both of them on each ninja.

Question, Does the Jounin's Blinding Powder make all the ninja Hidden or just that Jounin?

Do you have to use both to get all of the upgrades or will Kuji bestow all of them?

You might find this guide I made useful. It's for the Jounin, and I never got around to finishing the Oni one thanks to several major setbacks (all of which were school related in one way or the other), but I can tell you right now that Oni's start off with Super Leap, Fire Sword(Katana) Slash, and Fireblast.

One of the beauties and/or downfalls oh having henchmen. The only things you can control is when they attack and who they attack (most times). What attacks they use are pretty much up to them.
Oh, BTW, Unwelcome to Gameamp Bullogg! I hope you're finding your way around the site just fine. If you have any other questions, just let us know.

Currenly have a 11 Mut/MM/Nja/Psn/ldr on Pennacle. Was looking at the VG's listed on the cite and was wondering what char to make that would best fit with VG Inmates of Game Amp Assylum, on Triumph.
Also what salvage is Assylum most focused on getting.
Sadly the parts for my new build arn't here yet, so will be early April before join with permanent Char, but would like to get a warm and fuzzy about the char type.
South Park hahaha

This will need changing now, the new patch has brought about new powers for Genin. According to the notes they lose their two archery attacks for a heavy shirunken and exploding shriunken abilty.
So what are the perceptions of this change?

I tried it out and combined with the fact that the Ninja now use all their ranged attacks while in melee range makes for absolutely 0 downtime. The Bow attacks had a slow redraw, but the shuriken just get thrown out, asplode and the Genin are ready to kick again.
They do a bit less damage, but with the other update this is preferable to Bows.
