| Where's Maxine Coldstone? Search Party of 8! |

Hey, I have a question about the elite skill QuickShot.
I know to cap it from Maxine Coldstone, and I know where she's supposed to be. And I also know that there is a chance that Harn will spawn instead. My question is, is the chance 99%-Harn and 1%-Maxine?????
I've taken henchies out and 20 out of 20 times it's Harn Coldstone. I'm getting annoyed by this. I read somewhere that the chances for either to spawn is 50%, but that's BS.
Anybody know if there's a trigger at all? Or am I just unlucky?
On the other hand, I am getting some good items...

Seriously though ,0/20 on Maxine, that's pretty bad luck. I don't think there are any triggers.

I think you are just unlucky. I've seen Maxine running around many times while running around perdition rock.
I think you might have just missed her some of the times because she doesn't have a specific spawn site, but wanders around. When helping a guildmate cap her, we had to chase her half way around perdition.

The arrow on the most right is approximately where she spawns. There is also an ele boss that spawns there so you may have to rezone if you see him instead. Either one will ALWAYS spawn.
Can I get a PC?

Well when I went to get Quick shot i saw Maxine, but she was all the way over on the other side in perdition rock.
And everytime I died and came back to kill her She was gone
and Sometimes she didnt spawn some other guy came out in stead

You're just really really really unlucky :)
She always seems to be about when I go hunting. Going around clockwise rather than anti-clockwise will usually get you to her sooner I find.
As for the Xennon link it works fine. No logon required, could be something on your end? Try copy and pasting it into a new browser window or something.

On this map she is said to patrol around the island.
Maybe that's the reason that she's not always where expected.

Funfact : Maxine and Harn patrol both the island at teh same time. Ive seen em both at once. But here'e the weird thing afther they've doen about one huge round, they seam to diaasappear in thin air. Sometimes it's Maxine and sometimes its Harn. I'd say keep persuing em buddy, you'll get lucky sooner or later. Good Luck m8

It's not bs, I had the EXACT same problem as you... however in reverse.
Maxine or w/e her name is EVERY time while trying to find Obsidian Flesh, got it at last though.
Just keep trying. ^^

Simple conclusion: The site is indeed right, it's 50% - 50%.
PS: I went to perdition and it was totally random, it was: Maxine (rezone) Harn (rezone) Harn (rezone) Harn (rezone) Maxine (rezone) Maxine.
It may not be the handiest spawn system, but it IS 50 - 50
