How do you get some contacts? Like for instance, Angelo Vendetti, or Mr. Bocor.
Now one contact I doknow how to get is Veluta Lunata. To get her you have to get the Spectral badge. Before level 15 in order to get another badge which I don't happen to know what it is at this time.
So if anyone can let me know how to get some of thse that would be great!

Regular contacts like Mr Bocor and Angelo Vendetti can be accessed through your boker for that zone. Once you do 5 newspaper mission (3 for lower levels) you will beasked to report to your broker and he will give you a big job like a bank robbery or a casino robbery. Once that is completed, you will be introduced to your choice of up to 3 contacts.
Other special contacts only get accessed once you have earned the appropriate badge, but I'm not sure which badges correspond to which contacts.

Hmmm, so...there are badges that get you in touch with certain contacts? Well that would explain why I see some people with badges that I don't have and couldn't figure out how, where they got them. I need to go badge hunting it appears, even at low levels? Are exploration and history badges some prereq for mission badges?

Yeah also completing the full story arc for a paticular contact will get you a badge, so if you out level people like Mr. Bocor, or the radio etc. you can miss out on badges. However, if you find somoneone else with the contact and run the last mission with the badge you will get it. Lots of people in CoH will exemp back down to lower to get those badges later so they can get accolades

Thanks for that link Electro. I usually don't look for exploration/history badges until i'm a mid to high level. I guess this encourages people to fully explore each zone before they leave it...i guess. Oh well, that's why we make alts, now I can get my low levels a chance at getting those hidden contacts/badges.
