Your best bet is to Right click on the link and download it onto ur desktop. I was having the same problem, just use Save Target As.
Oh, and very entertaining. I'd like to see more of that kinda thing.

I have found it funny in CoV when you get a rob the bank mission, you have to fight the R.I.P. (Rouge Island Police) but there will be other normal cops running around in a panic.
