Well I've been thinking alot about this raffel lately and I'm finding it hard to come up with a way to actually draw the numbers. I have come up with one idea and I'm hoping that everyone would agree upon this method. I found a site that a local group of lotto players came up with in a small town somewhere. It randomly generates a number depending on the entered maximum number you choose. So let's so I enter 14. It will randomly generate a number between 1 & 14 (including 1 and 14) and then exclude those numbers on the next click. You can check this program out for yourself Here.
That's the program that I'm wanting to use to do the drawing. Now, so that I can prove I'm not making anything up, I want to record a video of everything I do once I'm on the site. I'll record every click until all 3 winners are selected.
This is really the only method I can think of that would make it fair and so that we wouldn't have anyone saying that it was rigged, etc.
Please respond and let me know what you guys think of this method.

Hi Orestes,
You can use the dice roll in GW to do that, but you will need to do this outside (not in a town or outpost). All you need to do is allocate a number for each person, ie using the say command "1 = Warrior #1", "2 = Monk #1", "3 = Warrior #3", etc
Say you have 15 entries, in the command prompt you just need to enter; "/roll 15", and this will randomly pick a number from 1-15. Do this 3 times, and you will have you your draw of the prizes.
Then you can just print screen, and post it here as proof.
