The Way
First you cast Awaken the blood because it gives 2 to blood magic
Then you use Shadow Strike
Then Life Transfer
Then Use Vampiric Gaze
Then dark pact
And use bane signet when your energy is low
Use Vampiric touch when warrior is attacking you or is nearby

When I run a blood spike, I run it more like this.

1 Awaken the Blood
2 Demonic Flesh
3 Offering of Blood
4 Shadow Strike
5 Dark Pact
6 Vampiric Gaze
7 Life Siphon
8 Res Signet

16 blood magic
13 soul reaping

First you awaken the blood for the +2 blood magic
Next you hit demonic flesh for the max hp bonus, and for a cover enchantment(should push your max HP up over 700)
Next thing you want to do, is have each one of the necros cast Life Siphon on a different target(I do this to #1 spread 4-5 hexes onto the group to keep your necros with +3 regen, and also to keep whichever monk has the hex removal occupied)..its easiest to make sure you hit different targets if you each pick your coresponding number fyi :)
Then you and your other necro teammates Shadow Strike, followed by a quick Dark pact, and if needed a vamp gaze. I run the vamp gaze AFTER the dark pact, to cover the HP loss from the dark pact sacrifice.

Having 13 in soul reaping should keep you refreshed every time someone dies, and having offering of blood will also help keep your spike flowing smoothly, with very little time between spikes.

I also run full tats, with a +5e/+30hp pvp staff, but thats not necessary if you dont want to.

Otherwise, I give your spike an 9, you are running the same damage as I am, so I cant rate it better than my own

i do this...and i actually do it in this order...and also get a +15 energy, -1 energy regen wand and a +12, +15 energy -1 energy regen off hand. this should give u about 80 energy (wit scars)
1 - dark pact (loose health but do good dmg)
2-shadow strike (do 100 dmg and regain lost health)
3-ineptitude (blind for 10 seconds and do 100 dmg)
4-dark pact (loose hp but do dmg)
5-vamp gaze (gain health and do dmg)
6-dark pact (loose hp but do dmg)
7-barbed sig
8-dark pact
owned....lol they should be dead by #5 or 6 but...yeh..

thats the combo...heres the skills
-shadow strike
-ineptitude
barbed sig
dark pact
vamp gaze
res sig
ether feast
energy tap



and u wear all tattos and the weapon/offhand listed at top..
16 blood (sup rune +headwear)
10 illusion
8 inspiration
