Due to the lack of Guild Wars videos on the net, The Gathering Clan (TG) decided to make there own. See the fruits of our labours here. Its a small promotion movie for both Guild Wars as a game and The Gathering Clan as a guild. We hope you like the video.

well, a game play vid, have to say tho, i got bored watching it after 30 secs, so i skiped through, no sound effects, only music, apart from that, its nicely put together and at the start it looks like its going to be a "film", with that intro.
just think i prefer the music vids rather than the long gameplay ones..

...Clap clap clap, no scarcasem here. I like the vid. I realy liked the music. You could do better but for a recrutment video . It was better then some of the TC ones. This is my reasioning. Music was a bit slow but pulls you into it after around 50 seconds. the screen shots that weren\'t battle sceens were nice and relaxing. There wasn\'t a bit of lyrics in it so your mind could wander. But the message staded the same. \"this is own clan, we arn\'t a bunch of battle hungry monsters who only gvg, pvp, farm and power lvl that you see everywhere in GW. And ehem... want too join?\" (well that\'s what I got out of it :P) Yea I took a media class. I can over exaderate these things, but still good work, hit me up if you nead any help man. Hnix Turnwar is my main IGN.
Note TC is a cool guild and makes great movies. But the recrument vids nead work. My vids are no exception they nead a little TLC too.

The funny thing is that we never intended this to be a promotional movie for our guild. It was more made because of the flood of WoW movies as stated in the first post. It's just the beginning and end thats about our guild... nice to see how it communicates to you.
So to give a bit of insight in how this movie came together. It actually all started with the music. I shared my thoughts with claw about a movie and we just started recording random shots one night with the guild (thats why about all is shiverpeak :)). And claw actually made a sort of script after the shooting ^_^.
Oh well, first movie, lots learned, we will make one with some more of a storyline in the futher probably.
