Hello there! I am an avid City of Heroes player and last night I had the opportunity to visit the world of Guild Wars for the first time. I just wanted to say that you play a beautiful game that seems like lots of fun. The landscape is amazing.
I built a Necromancer and got her to lvl 2! hehe

Note though, the landscape will change a bit from how you've seen it because I guess you only saw pre-searing and in post-searing it's all a bit different but not less nice at all though.
Just pointing it out, not saying it'll get crap lmao. :P

Welcome electraoutlaw, to a game and site I hope you will have many days/weeks/months/years playing ;)
Even after taking time off now n then to get that nasty "w" word done (work), I find myself coming back for yet more Guild Wars.

Well this is my first crack at a MMORPG. Been playing GW since June. I play a lot of FPS. Guild wars is a great game, I like how the pvp is more in depth that other massive games that i tried. Ill stik to GW because its free, dont see myself paying monthly for a game that i already bought.
Its not really habit forming at all if you set your timelines and if you have a life LOL. Its just like any other game!

Wow- thanks all for the warm welcome! Perhaps I will see you in the game. Could be bad though. I'm already a digicrack junkie. :)
I will look some of yall up sometime! Seems like a great crowd. :)
And no, dorkalborkal, COH/COV are the only other games I play. I don't even know what UT is, honestly.

Let me warn you, as one person playing both GW and CoV to another, you'll end up wanting CoH/V's Pet controls in GW and GW's means of running up to useable range for skills in CoH/V :-)
Btw, I think I saw Lethal ladies members on Defiant the other day. You gals a European Group?

It is an excellent game. The font in your sig is from that game. I got tired of the attitudes in game though. There is something about PvP in games that just pisses some people off and makes them aholes. It is not as bad in GW, but it is still there. That is why I mainly play PvE. The monsters don't get pissed when I kill them. :)
