Does anyone know where the quests, presents, gingerbread shields, and other things mentioned on gw website are? Ive checked all the main cities but havent found anythign yet.

yeah i realised they wherent done :) ... and i added the Observe mode screeny's later on... (sry for the delay)
-in any town just hit [b], a window will appear with some observe options :)
-select the match u wanna whatch then hit "Observe"
-u will be able to whatch those matches in spectator mode and it also has an option to chat "team chat" with other ppl viewing that match
-to leave the Observe mode and head back to where u started that mode hit [b] again and click yes

and yeah its pretty cool specing the top 100 guild playing in tombs and hoh :P hehe, pitty its not live do v_v .. guess anet delayed the broadcast with the idea of avoiding cheating like some1 specing in observe mode and using ts to communicate with the players of the other team passing the strategies and tactics of the enemy team

yea if any 1 actually knows on the guild wars website it says on the 12th moon of winter(WTF when is that) and all the places look cool just cant wait for the candy weapons and gingerbread sheilds they said on the site(hehe runnin around killin monsters with a candy cane as a weapon lol cant stop laughin)
and this so called massive snowman wot no santa come on but hey it might be a giant snowman santa lol must stop laughin(chockin hjfg)rofl

I really enjoyed the special event for Christmas/New Years/Wintersday but sadly I was away from my comp on New Years and did not get a hat or antlers :(...I guess I will just have to wait till next Wintersday (or Brumalsday is you would prefer, hope this works.)
