ummm, im pretty sure u have the picture for the Shields Up skill in place of the Bulls Charge Elite Skill.
theres a correct pic of Bulls Charge here.

Just wanted to add that Elite Wither can also be capped from Evirso Sectus. He's on the Defend Droknars quest.

I don't think you have Cleave as being capped from Virag Bladestone, found in the Ice Caves of Sorrow mission.

The Afflicted Huan in Sunjiang District has the elite skill Broad Head Arrow. I have pics posted on my profile of the map and a creenshot of the boss.

Just wanted to let you know that you have forgotten the Elite Shatterstone for the elementalist.
Shatterstone: Target foe is struck for 10...46 cold dmg and is hexed with Shatterstone for 3 seconds. When Shatterstone ends, that foe is struck for 15..51 cold dmg.
Bosses can be found in Arborstone, Eternal Grove, and Rhea's Crater.
My ele isn't to any of those places, but I was being hit by it FFing outside the conservatory and looked it up at my guild hall (Balthazar Shrine)....I then did some research into where to find the bosses. Whether or not you take my word on the bosses, I think it might be good to add it to your ele list. lol

- The Ancient in Arborstone(Mission)
- Wiseroot Shatterstone in The Eternal Grove(Explorable)
- Wavecrest Stonebreak in Rhea's Crater
