I didn't find this collector in the database.
Unfortunately I forgot to do a grab of the world map. But I had a small minimap pic. I took the world map on the site and overlaid my minimap part over it to give you a better idea where it is. The area is Mineral Springs.

it says there's a feathered avicara scalp collector in old ascalon... kinda strange, for there are no tengu in ascalon as far as i know...
also the name of the collector isnt there...

According to your collector guide there is a bleached carapace collector, dune borrower jaw collector, losaru mane collector and a minotour horn collector in the ice caves of sorrow where as on your collector map there are no collectors. Correct me if im wrong but arent all these items found in the crystal desert.

Nord Stonegrimm can be found outside the temple of Grenth in Lornar's Pass. He likes Turkish Delights and weekends at the beach where he can let his beard down. During the working week however he collects Frozen Shells (dropped by those pesky snowy wurms things) and has the following wares to offer.
P.S. He's probably this guy.

If I see an unfogged part of my map then I go explore it. And when i'm on a quest or helping someone out I always keep my eye open for any collectors, bosses etc. If I can't take the time to screengrab all their info during the mission I just make a mental note and return to it after. :o)
