i was just looking at the credit for some people and i noticed that no1 has reached lvl 2 yet, some people are kinda close, but they still have several hundred credits to go.

We aren't quite sure what levels gets ya! There are some speculations that you get rights to do things like delete your posts ect. I thinks it is just something that was means to 1. Give folks on the boards a way to show their like/dislike without it turning into a huge post-a-thon. And 2. Show new people comming in who they can ask questions and maybe get help from.
But we just dunno.

They've added a new feature to the GameAmp pages. On the left, where there are menu options, if you scroll to the GameAmp links, there is one labelled "Top Credibility". Check out that page :)
As far as information on levels and their benefits, I have been snooping for this info and the ones there are right now are titles (level 1 is listener here, sidekick doormat on CoH, and loincloth on WoW as examples) and different areas of the site opens up to you. I imagine that maybe there are forum boards for higher levels, maybe you get to find out about site news first?

Rate other people's posts to give them feedback. I will frequently rate the first post of a new topic at least a 3, because that person is keeping the forums busy.
