It's a good fellblade with low req..but that earth dmg..oh that earth dmg..if it was lightning or plain..but earth...hmm earth... honestly because of that earth i dunno exactly. i can say you'll fetch over 10-20k with it easily but that earth...that earth...that earth...

i suggest u invest some money in it and put perfect mods on it(preferable sundering/fortitude)

I'd keep it as it is and sell it for 17k.

Why?

Earth, as some believe in, does more damage to warriors. And besides, it's an elemental damage, so that means any + vs physical resistances will have no effect. But each to his or her own.

15% Enchantment, keep it on. Hard to find perfect mods as is. And besides, a Warrior/Ele can benefit from this greatly.
