| I hate posting for the first time |

I mean, you get excited about a radio station site for your favorite game, and you want to get involved, but you don't really know anyone. So there it is, your first post- and you don't want to look like an idiot, but don't really know how to approach everyone. Then you have a wonderful idea! You'll post about the first post. Brilliant!
Right, so after that enthusiastic rant, I'd just like to say "Hello, how are you? How're the kids, what's your sign, etc etc." I've been playing CoH for about a month now, and just found out about this site today. Needless to say, I was elated. It just makes the experience that much more involved. I scoped out the site alittle, and would like to become more involved as time goes by. I love to throw myself into things.
So, about myself. I'm a 19 year old college student at Alabama University, double majoring in English and Education (if anyone actually cares) I'm also working on a minor in Creative Writing. I love reading and video games, but never played a MMORPG unitl CoH, which is awesome.
Well there it is, the dreaded first post, hope it wasn't too boring for you guys. I'm definetly tuning in tonight, so I guess I'll see you on the servers!

The kid is fine, loves the first grade but not school...(I dunno)

If you want to get to know more of the listeners then try and attend one of the ingame parties sometime and/or drop into he #MMORadio channel on IRC.

I'm definetly going to drop by the IRC channel soon. Drat these colleges and their insistence that I "study", and "attend" classes. Such things are unimportant when compared to...fictional video game characters? :D Since I love to tell a good story, I think I'm gonna try to become apart of the events/writing staff, but since I'm a newb I don't know how that will turn out...

You're all jealous because the voices are talking to me. What? Yes. Hmm.
Saying welcome sounds a bit weird as this is only my fourth post...Welcome anyway!!! :)
As a side note...MMORadio rocks! My scrapper was cracking Outcasts skulls in Steel Canyon to the tune of "Sad But True" the other day. Twas a beautiful thing. Took ages to get the bloodstains out though.

Excellent first post. I totally agree that the first post after joining a forum is so very much awkward. I signed up today, and already I've forgotten what my first post was about... I never did consider the first post very important, since actual participation/ future posts usually say more about a person than the introduction. ^_^
