I stumped by this and i need a little help befor i can start so, any answers o' knowers of GW wisdom??

Guild forums would be like this forum. Just a place for the members of your Guild to get together, and talk, if they aren't all on at the same time. They aren't really needed, but they can be an nice touch.

Ya its really nice to have a plac where to can talk to your other members even if they aren't always on when you are. (trust me, when i was starting and had a guild I always had questions and no one was ever around on my guild to help.) Usually its used to ask about how the game works, tips on powers or quests, and maybe even advetising their items. But they are also good if you want to organize guild battles or just forming a party with people since they can look it up anytime instead of having to be on to get the message when you send it.

A guild forum is an area where members can post if they aren't going to be on for a few days, post dates, etc. They are useful, because sometimes it is hard to notify all of the members about something, so if you make a post on the forum, and everyone checks it, then everyone will know about it.
My guild is part of a clan with around 6 or so divisions. Each is for a different game. I am the leader of All For One Guild Wars division. Our website is www.clanafo.com
In my opinion, it is a really nice site, so you might want to use it as an example. I would deifnetly have a calendar on the site, and a place to post news.
Good luck, and if you need any help, post here or pm me, who knows, I might just be able to help you :)

I believe Guild relationships are better when you have a website/forum. Easier to keep track of everyone as well.
As to what you want on your website it's up to you, and how much work you feel like doing. Our website is now expanding to become not just our guild site, but also a good site for information as well.
