well the req is important. if it's 11 then you would barely get anything for it Unided and you'll have a hard time convincing someone else that it is +25hp while it is Unided.

you don't have to ID it just look at the req next to it. Req matters because it depends on how split up the warrior plans to be. If he is going to be a W/Mo then he probably won't have 11 in axe but somewhere along the lines of 8-10 axe, 8-10 str, and healing or smiting for the rest of it unless he goes tactics and then...well you see it gets confusing but not every warrior will have a max axe lvl and the higher the req the harder it will be to sell and the lower the price would be. IDing it doesnt matter necessarily but personally i would never pay more than 5k for an UNided weapon no matter what it is. Others may not feel the same way.

The req. matters a lot. It depends on your role within your group, but I think that few experienced players automatically max out their weapon skill. In fact, in most builds I don't go over 10 in my weapon skill.
It also makes the weapon more versatile and useful in general. A req. 11 weapon is not going to be desirable for builds that focus on other non-weapon skills. A req. 8 or req. 7 weapon is good no matter what kind of build you're going to use. Low req. weapons are just overall more desirable and will fetch a much higher price.

i agree with the no more than 5k to an unidentfied item......
butr you said it would be hard to convensed someone that it has an +25 hp mod, w/o it being unidentified.
