Healer Monk

Hi all need some advice on a build and what skills to load up on for my healer monk, I havent picked a 2nd prof. yet so please advise on that also.

I would like to add some protection into the mix also any good ideas and builds?

there is lots of good guides, recommendations, and many builds that are very good...
