Concept Contest
During the time frame of Jan 14-Feb 6 the site will be holding a Concept Group Contest!!
The contest guidelines are as follows:
3-5 Gameamp members join together and make a concept team.
ie... 3 Musketeers, Veggie Medley, The Fruities, Pebbles
pebbles
pebbles2
Costumes must have a basic build for each member
The team must make lvl 10 (at least)
Need a group screenshot (listed as a contest screenshot) of characters so that we know that each character has reached lvl 10 (character information in shot)
When screenshot is submitted it must have a the characters and
in the caption the gameamp member names(without the
gameamp names no one will receive credit)
Also in the caption with the team shot a short background of the concept and the characters involved.(BE CREATIVE)
Judging will be done by all the staff and I will post the winners a week after the deadline so that all staff will have time to cast their votes!!
Prizes
1st Place 250 credit each team member
2nd Place 175 credit each team member
3rd Place 100 credit each team member

if you want the sg incorp. tha tis well and good but the main reason for lvl 10 is so that you actually use them and team with other ampers

I am a bit curious. Did somebody already create a group? Or maybe, some of you have cool ideas but nobody to implement it with. If you have a cool idea, but need the extra bodies post an audition call here. Don't explain your concept (somebody might steal it), just a call for bodies/buddies.

Yay me! I have come up with a cool concept. But I need some more people to join me. I had actually created this toon I have in mind already once, and got her to level 10, but I ran out of spots on my home server, Triumph, so she had to go. But if there is anybody interested send me a PM and we will start it. I was thinking infinity server sounds like a good place for this awesome concept.

Ah, I though I had a decent concept that some old SG members joined as part of a side group (headed by Orange Laser), but nobody plays anymore. Ah well. Had another one too, but I think that one might have been used by someone already (judging by the fact that I had to adjust my name a little bit...since deleted though).
Great idea for a contest though!

hey phedre... well i play generally on freedom, and am not a big fan of having more alts (need more play time) but it sounds fun. Our concept team has now a SG, 5 or 6 members, and a global channel (to which I brilliantly invited all my global friends), so we can keep in touch with each other easily.
There is still plenty of time, even if you don't have time to play a lot.

The more teams that enter the more exciting it will be to show creative you folks are ..........
Are there any teams started yet..I am not asking for names just the fact that thee are teams out there that will be in the contest.....And who is involved??????

I had someone bring to my attn.. that we can ot tell the lvls of the whole tm in one screenshot so here is what I am going to add to the contest entry guidlines.
You need to have the sg made to prove that you have reached lvl 10 and submit and screenshot of BOTH normal mode and Sg mode.....

I don't really think a nomral mode and a SG mode screenshot will help a lot. At least in case of our group that will be two identical pictures. I think what we could do is one screenshot of the group with the names above our heads, and one screenshot showing the SG list, which probably is going to block a big part of the screen.

For what it's worth, I like phed's idea...seems like a good way to see the SG roster.
Now, sorry for the noobish question, but how do you get everybody's name to show up in a screenshot? Is there a way you can force the reticle (or whatever it's called) to always show up? At best, I can see everyone else's name but not my own.
