I have no idea what a good stalker build is, but I am wondering how you are planning to get him to level 41.

Well i have an Nin/Nin Stalker as well (lvl 11) and i can't really see anything wrong with your build other than you might lvl an tad slower before lvl 30 becose you don't have Stamina (but really what stalker needs lots of stamina before lvl 30 to begin with), actually the thoth of using TP intruiges me (Tp self away, Tp friend from harm, hiding and striking before they get to your friend, sound interesting) i might eaven adopt your build as my own lol.

I've heard about this teleport tactic. I'm just wondering how it can work. All other travel powers have a speed reduction on it (eg flight is reduced to hover speed), yet for this tactic to work teleport mustn't. If this is the case it seems a little unfair.
Anyhow, back on topic, I think the build is good. But I have to agree that having stamina earlier on might be a good idea. As with most ATs hasten could come in handy. My stalker has it and anything that gets placate quicker is good in my view. Thats all I can add really (my Ninjitsu stalker is only level 14).

I see that your build (Ninjitsu) is good, not sure about the Blade piece. Only thing I would recommend is getting your Ninja Senses as early as possible. It gives you a boost in perception and allows you to see things that are hidden/invis/etc.
As for the stamina, If you look at my guide for my Claws/Ninjitsu Stalker, I did not pick stamina until after lvl 30 and I leveled at a fast pace. I just made sure I had some CaBs handy and with the other secondary set powers, I could use caltrops, smoke flash or blinding powder or placate to get out of sticky situations.

I have a NB primary stalker lvl 26 now..
Gamblers Cut is a double Criter.. as in normally it does 15 - 15..(yes it is a 2 swiper) but when it crits it does 15,30 - 15,30.. this move equally slotted as sting of the wasp will do more damage with a crit..
id say switch that with flashing steel.. but then I didnt get flashing steel.. do you get unwanted agro using it in groups? thats my reasonin to not take it 8P...
I also suggest you slot your AS strike as 2Acc 2Dam 2Recharge.. when you get to SO enhancements it recharges in 10seconds(with no hasten) just enough time for re-hide..
if you have room for AirSup I strongly advise getting it.. combining that and soaring dragon you can get off 4 free attacks.. my personal combo.. BU - AS - AirSup - GamCut - SoaringD - Sting of the Wasp - Placate - AS..
personally I am not going the stamina road lol dont have room in my NB/SR build hehe..
