First a note on prices. Haggle skill and certain quests in each zone give you better prices. In the Harbor, it's obtaining the Harbormaster's Seal that gets you better prices. All prices are at a haggle skill of 4.
Four-fingered Thad in Smuggler's Rest and Three-fingered Thad in the first part of the Harbor have the same list of items for sale. Four-fingered sells everything for 6s except the club and quaterstaff, which he sells for 1c, and everything he sells is bind on acquire.

Now we tackle the Market Tent. Again, there is a quest to do in each city ward which gets you better vendor deals in that ward. In the Marketplace, that quest is the Steamtunnels / Shan To Kor line. All prices gathered with a haggle skill of 4.
