Which version of AntiTCC works best with UTComp 1.3b? I'm not looking for incredibly restricting security, just good enough in order to avoid cheating.

We haven't done any testing on 1.3b with recent AntiTCC versions (we were busy working on 1.4...), but 1.4 has been tested with AntiTCC 1.18a, and everything seems to work fine. It's sort of hard to tell without large scale testing, however, which is one of the reasons why we released a public beta.
