2 things: First, on the Gameamp profile updating site (accessed by clicking on my profile pic to the right) has a typo. Just to the left of my information is a menu. The button entitled "Account Infomation" has a spelling error (information.)
Second thing, how do I attatch my signature (IE my character levels/names) I updated on that site but it didn't stay. Should I put character info in Bio or Signature?

Yeah the error has been noted :o)
Siggy names etc most of us put in the Sig space, updating as and when you level.

For sigs, go to the "Account Infomation" button, that you pointed out, in your profile. That will let you update all sorts of things. Sig is at the bottom.

On the City of Heroes site we always welcome new members, but since this is the flip side of the coin, the staffers don't feel it would be very villain like to be nice and welcome people... so they um... well... ok the staffers are a bit strange, but it is their welcome to you as a new member.

Yes a most un-welcome to you. This is a great place to find out all the best evil secrets and tricks to improve your gameplay. The staff is very helpful even though they are all evil villains at heart. Remember we are not evil we just play that way.
