If you were makeing the 2nd chapter of GW's and they said you could add any race of characters, for gamers to play who what race would you make?
Yaks here or course. >:8) added a yak nose :)

Wells Yaks are great but I would like to see Elves.
And yes I know that it is cliche' but I like Elves.

Avicaras. I like them, white and they walk like humans. so i think it would be the most logical one.

now see you guys aren't thinkin outside the box much i mean comeon any one want to see some hank hills or some sonix or marios that would be halarious, you got a warrior running around slicin things then you got mario jumping on things and squishin em, that would be halarios, and sonix's spin ball attack would be fun bouncing around.
you know that would be awesome,

I've got to go with Shodan on this one, I think Elves would be great. Then again that mantle armor sure is cool too... =]

sry if this ia a spoiler but we all get to be white mantle and i think the first guild wars should of let you get the friggin sweet armor

Best Race Ever: Beebles! (those of you who have been playing M:TG a while might know what I'm talking about).
Merfolk would be cool, too, as would faeries, sylphs, nymphs, or dryads (though all those tend to be traditionally female only... Hmm...). Being able to be some form of pseudo-demonic race might be fun, too, or a race capable of manipulating their physical form to a certain degree, such as making blades from their arms.
Hmm... All of the other races that you COULD be would come off as awfully cliche methinks. As is, Guild Wars largely avoids many of the stereotypical races for fantasy settings, since although it includes Dwarves they are actually a major part of the story. Still, if you didn't mind said stereotypes, I guess you could include various types of elves and the like.

Another good race I think would be the Covenant from Halo. Imagine seeing an elite run at you in PvP

The problem being? :-)
I don't want to be White Mantle though. I want that Shining Blade armor. Way better imo. Notice how in this game the good guys get to wear black? The good girls are stuck with white though :-/

The problem is that a lot of people would call that sexist... And that a lot of the dumber male population would feel that their masculinity was threatened if they were forced to play a female character.
I do agree wiht you on actually being able to get Shining Blade armor. That looks sweet. Mantle armor just looks like a bug of some kind. It makes me want to crush it... Hence why I joined the Shining Blade! ^_^ But yeah, male Blade armor looks pretty cool. Evennia's robes would be perfect for a female monk, though. She just looks like the perfect "white mage" style character, but other than that the female Shining Blade looks a bit too... Umm... Peasant-y.
Still, I think being a Beeble would be awesome.
