Make sure that when you get to the part where the fire djon appear that everyone stay close together to form a ball like group. This will spread the damage out instead of instant death.

Three tanks feels excessive, I myself prefer to keep it down to one anywhere, two is fine, but three? Wouldnt another nuker help more?
I'll fill either the monk or the MM spot, depending on which is the most needed.
