Hey, everyone I am a new warrior that started last night, and I just have a questions about warriors and weapons. Ok, do axes, swords, and hammers come in one-handed models and two-handed models or just one or the other.

I'll go through all types of weapons i can remember
Axe - One Hand ONLY
Sword - One Hand ONLY
Hammer - Two Hands ONLY
Wand - One Hand ONLY
Staff - Two Hand ONLY
Focus - Offhand ONLY

all axes and swords are one-handed.
all hammers are two-handed.
new weapons for the new Assassin class, daggers, are also two-handed.

Swords and axes are one handed weapon and allow for the use of an off-hand, like a shield or focus. Hammers only come two-handed. If you are looking for pure power, the hammer is the best choice, but it has the slowest attack speed. Axes and swords are equally quick but provide different attack options. Test them all out to see which you like the best. My favourite is the axe btw.
