After loading is complete it goes into a 'Verifying Client Data for a very long time... sometime I get kicked by an Admin due to no activity even before I get in to the game. What's up with the Client Data and why is it taken so long?

that's punkbuster checking your files to make sure you're not cheating.
get more ram and your load times will drop dramatically, along with the time it takes in game to cache the map.

A faster hard drive will also help. I'm not saying you need to go out and get a RAID array with a bunch of Raptor drives, but if you're using a hard drive with an 8MB cache or smaller and/or 5400RPM, you're doomed to long verifying client data times.

the verifying client data has nothing to do with punkbuster.
They have confirmed this. The best way to reduce the time it takes is to upgrade the hard drive. More RAM will not make much difference to this part.
It will help the rest of the game though
