i just read the description for issue 7 coming soon and i saw that mms get thugs...SWEET!i mean come on, now i can run around yelling I CUT YOU, ESSAY! this is gonna be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!(maybe a little too many !s)

Though I'm glad for the new power set in Mercs, I was really hoping for something a little more creative. Thugs are so...generic.
Statesman mentioned a while back that Carnies were in the works as a new MM primary set. That would rock. I'd also like to see some other more creative things, like animals, giant spiders, things like that. Someone suggested a lycanthrope set that would just rock. Werewolves and so forth.

Yes but if you rember back States also said they were going to put out pets with human skeletal frame first...I'm sure us MMs will get our Aliens, Wolfs, Spiders and other asorted pets in future expansions.
Edit: i dont think the concept of thugs is gonna be that hot. What are they going to use? Baseball bats and pistols? I think i'll stick with Mercs... Oh and watch when I-7 hits test we will be seeing nearly every thug MM with names after rappers...

very cool nonetheless. Check out Hordes form Privateer Press, miniatures game.Circel of orobos or something like that. There are definitely so many options. Someone suggestsed COT ish critter... very cool. Still have humanoid frame.

the options would be endless for MM pets. Spiders would be a good thing, considering they are already in game as well. the holds and damage they could do could be quite funny (just think of the names for these players).
I know this wouldn't be PC or anything but how about some good old fashioned cowboys and indians??? Bows are in the game, melee objects are in the game...guns are in the game, ropes could be added for holds. This would be interesting for names as well.

While I believe the possibilities for minion types are endless, I would like to see some way to personalize them beyond the name, sort of like a seperate minion editor option given to Masterminds at the start of the game. I could see plenty of potentially amazing designs coming from this, especially among Robotic Masterminds.
I was once told of an insect whose bite could kill with ease. Though it looked nothing more than a fly, a speck barely worthy of recognition. It is the things you dismiss which will hurt you the most, left to fester.

You know what would be awsome? if you could kinda build your guys like you would build a villan, power set, outfit and there back round story.

I want a carny mask , that's the only way to get carnies as pets and it work well LOL and I also want a witches dress, and hat, umm the acual arcanos garb, so i can be a female wolf spider soldier and kick all the guys butts, yep yep I would love that, Oh and I want you all to pay me Infamy and start building my tower, it has to be bigger than widow's tower becus i'm cuter LOL
