Okay, so here's the deal.
I have 530 pts, but I'm still a private. On my ranking summary, it says that I need -430 pts to advance rank. On one part, it shows that I have gotten through the first two ranks, but my title is still private.
Anyone know anything that could be of help?

The master rank servers take time to update from the play servers. Depending on how many people have been playing lately, this can vary from just a few seconds, to several hours.
Odds are, the problem has already fixed itself.
Typically, you can just log out from BF2 and then log back in and the promotion has taken affect. In the course of gameplay, you may actually see the "You've been recommended for a promotion" message several times before it actually happens.
The rank servers are consistantly horrible right after patches. Give it a day and you should be fine.

I have a problem same kind of this.I play in a ranked server,i get couple awards and the round ends.I decide to go to another server and i check my BFHQ,but suprise suprise,nothing there.All stats 0 awards disappeared etc etc...Several days have passed and nothing happened...Please help me...
