I am confused about the different types of arrows.
What bows use what arrows?

The grade of the weapon determines what type of arrows you need. Bone are for D Grade and so on :)

Reminds me of a real newbie move I made in OB. I traveled to Oren because I knew steel arrows were sold there not knowing about the in game grade system on items. I was level 14 at the time. I traveled there through the use of many speed potions and bought about 30k in steel arrows only to find out they were useless to me prior to level 40. DOH!

Almost as bad as buying spiritshots for a fighter weapon because you think it will have a cool different effect. =.=

Yeah,I did both( bought bone arrows and both soul and spiritshots-100 of each and I had like 300 adena afterwards thinking "Man am I gonna wreck the next thing I fight!"Needless to say I died as I was wondering why my bow wouldn't shoot at the dark horror or why i couldnt get the spiritshot off..so don't feel too bad-i don't now that i know I,m not the ony person who's done it.

Wodden = NG Bow Level 1-19
Bone = D Bow Level 20-39
Steel = C Bow Level 40-51
Silver = B Bow Level 52-60
Mithrel = A Bow Level 61-66
Shining = S Bow Level 67-75

Something good in the future: Archers get skills in C3 that allow us to create our own arrows. This applies only to A Grade and S Grade arrows but, by the time C3 is well underway, these skills should come in handy.
