This is a true story, and while not relevant to UT2K4, its just one of those things ya gotta shout about cause its so insane.
Anyways, my wife works at a hospital, and one of her co-workers was doing her rounds. She visited a man's bed and proceded to read the man's health history on his chart. (once again, this is a true story) This is what she saw:
1) The man was born with polio
2) At 30 while working at Disney, his knee-cap was crushed in a terminal
3) A year later a guest at Disney ACCIDENTLY poked one of his eyes out with an umbrella (no lie...)
4) Shortly after, he was eating at a Denny's, slipped and broke his neck
5) A few years after he was diagnosed with M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis)
6) Then... he was struck by Lightning
I assure you, this was written on the chart at his Hospital, and from what I understand, he looked the part.
First off, if you were that nurse, after reading the chart, what the HELL would you say to this person? That is, after you stopped crying out of pure pity for the man.
Not only that, but can you imagine how that person felt when they POKED HIS EYE OUT... ON ACCIDENT... WITH AN UMBRELLA. What could you SAY to a person... 'oh shit, i'm sorry... i didnt mean to POKE YOUR DAMN EYE OUT WITH MY UMBRELLA.' Good god...

This was a good story. Overall, I would've liked to see smoother plot progression and more character development, but a delectable first attempt nonetheless.
I give it 9 stars. Out of how many? NO ONE KNOWS.
Definitely needed more cowbell, though.
