I noticed on Infinty that DA was no longer clear and sunny immediately afterwards too. Is it possible they fixed Hami too?

Can't get to the hive yet, so I can't answer that one.
Still no Circle of Thorns or Lost in Perez Park. Had to petition to get a mission cleared because of it. Never fired a shot, but got XP and influence for a completed mission.

Something to do with the mitos not spawning properly. Anyway, Cuppa said Hami is down until further notice until they can get it fixed. Might be a good time to go get that 'Heart of the Hamidon' badge ya'll been looking at :)
