Can self tp be used as a good travel power for a blaster? It eats lots of end but is fast and accurate for movement. I have it now but need to get hover for it to be more workable.
Also how many slots do you have to allocate to tactics to be able to see the stalkers in PvP zones? Seems to come in handy when fighting mobs over my lvl during missions too.

Well Tp once slotted can be a great travel power and once you get good with it you will not need hover to use it. Using Tp, expecially in a PvP zone, will let you hit the enemy retreat out of there range, recharge your snipe and get em with it again with little fear. Plus you can Tp past mobs without fear of aggro just so long as you do not Tp into the mob that might be behind them.
As for tactics I have no clue but I am sure some of the others on the site can help you figure it out.
Also welcome to the site bmoddan hope to see more of you around and keep asking questions as we are here to help.

TP takes a little practice, but can be a very good travel power. Theoretically the fastest of the 4. Slot for End Reduction, and then for range if youo have the slots to spare. Hover may or may not be necessary for you. It depends mostly, I think, on what kind of lag you usually experience.
I think Tactics grants a perception bonus allowing you to see stealthy/hidden toons without adding any to-hit enhancements. I believe to-hits only improve the accuracy bonus of Tactics.

Lag seems to be the biggest issue with tp without hover. Lag kills literally. Some zones bing bing and you are there without falling. Next zone you are hitting the ground and then tping.
As to tactics I was in Bloody Bay the other day and guy turned on tactics and bingo there was a stalker doing his gonna kill you dance or whatever in front of me. He was a little surprised when I hit him with my snipe and killed him. He asked me how I could see and target him. That is what I am really interested in is how many slots of acc buffs does it take to be able to hit them while they are hidden.
Thx again for all the info. Long live CoH!
