Marksmanship +1 ( 18% When using a skill )

tough one, shortbow = not terribly popular
damage always = plus, but not max
vamp = max, nice,
req is 9 = fairly nice
marksmanship = not near max, and not popular, the string is worth more than the bow IMHO, but others may offer a better idea
