i got a question regarding the coh and cov account. I got both games i previously used to play coh but after cov came out i played that. Not knowing u could stack cov and coh accounts i made a new account on city of villains. Can I add coh on my cov account without paying 2 seperate fees?.......just 15dollars a month

Yes, you can. In fact that question (or problem) was just asked/dealt with earlier this week. Please click HERE for the Forum Thread that dealt with a similar situation. Good info.
With your problem, as with the thread, you are going to have to deal with NCsoft customer service. Thankfully, they have dealt with this many times already, so it shouldnt be too big a pain.

Grab the Support phone # off the PlayNC website and give them a call. Explain to them what happened. More than likely you'll lose the characters you've created on one of the accounts, so you may have to decide which if that time comes. First thing's first, call or e-mail them and explain what happened. Then take it from there.

Sorry, about that. I was mainly trying to point out the suggestions, and such. My real answer was just below. Get in touch with NCsoft customer service, like Vince said. You cant do it from your end now. You have to rely on the people at NCsoft. Like I also said, they have seen this happen before. I had a somewhat similar problem with a Beta account, and they were pretty quick with answers to my questions.
