I'm new to CoV and was wondering if there was any way to get back to Breakout after leaving it initially. I missed the Jailbird badge due to not even knowing what badges were at that point.
On a side note what is this "Trap Ghost" badge all about?
Thanks in advance for any help, and thanks for the great site. It's given me a lot of much needed info.

There's no way to get back.
Later on, you'll get a mission that sends you back to the Zig to break some villains out for Arachnos, but it's just an instanced copy and doesn't have the Jail Bird badge locator there. You HAVE to get the badge before leaving Break Out or you don't get it at all.
It's similar to the Outbreak tutorial in CoH and the Isolator badge. Although in CoH there was a bug that would pop you into the hospital in Outbreak if you died in the Hollows with certain conditions (not sure what they were). So you COULD get back there. Unfortunately, I don't know of a bug that will bring you back to Breakout.

Unwelcome to the site Nitron.
As Ron stated, unfortunately, you missed that one.
The "trap ghost" badge is a hunt badge you can obtain, by "trapping" ghost in a particular location and killing them. Look at this page and it will give you an idea of what the badge is and what you need to do.
Feel free to look around the badge section of the site so you won't miss out on anymore badges in the future. This is definitely a great site for all types of ingame and out of game information.

Got another newcomer question. I captured the 50 ghosts and supposedly I can talk to an Archmage contact in Sharkhead now. I tried to find a loc of him on this site but failed. Anyone able to direct me to where I might find loc's of contacts? Or just whereabout the Archmage in Sharkhead is?

Archmage Traxius, although he's not the one that you can talk to when you get the ghost badge. I can't remember her name, but she's on the hill leading up to the place where you catch the ghosts, that's the one you can talk to about missions after doing the ghost thing.
Archmage Traxius is a transluscent looking Mu guy over near the Mutant Shop in Sharkhead. You can talk to him after getting the Lorekeeper history badge and I think you can only get his missions between level 25 and 30. I got the badge after level 30 and couldn't get his missions.
